The Supreme Congress has two Houses and Senate that work on behalf of the people of the Commonwealth to reform member nations, to make and adapt Commonwealth Law, to check and challenge the work of the Union Government, to cooperate on topics or objectives and to collaborate on issues as well as to debate the issues and topics of the day.
The powers and supremacy of the Supreme Congress is a core principle of the Constitution of British Commonwealth.
It makes the Supreme Congress of British Congress the supreme legal authority in the British Commonwealth, which can create or end any primary law.
Generally, the courts cannot overrule Union law and no Supreme Congress can pass laws that future Supreme Congress’ cannot change.
Supreme Congress supremacy is an important part of the Constitution.
