Realm law and global law are known as secondary legislation. Secondary legislation can only be created under powers given by basic law or primary law.

The Supreme Congress has two Houses and Senate that work on behalf of the people of the Commonwealth to reform member nations, to make and adapt Commonwealth Law, to check and challenge the work of the Union Government, to cooperate on topics or objectives and to collaborate on issues as well as to debate the issues and topics of the day.
