Eligibility

Anyone over 20 of age who is a citizen of the member nation represented and has resided in such for 10 or more years, is entitled to stand as a Commonwealth Congressmember.

An MCC must be of good repute, must not be disqualified from being a director and should represent the views, values and culture of the respective member nation that they represent.

A Member must ensure that he or she understands the Commonwealth Framework and has personally adopted, signed and agrees to the Constitution of British Commonwealth.
