Members may exercise all their rights under the Commonwealth Framework assuming they are not subject to any restrictions according such.

The basic power of Members is to conduct national and international congressional business in the House and vote and pass motions in House and Assembly sessions.

Members also have the inherent right to raise topics in the House on behalf of the people.

Members have the right to draft and initiate the process of creation for government services or government guidance on the Commonwealth wide or local levels.

A Committee may create public engagement on its topics and facilitate relevant contacts between various citizens and interest groups of the Commonwealth within this scope.
